Turn your Shopify catalogue into Meta ad campaigns that are ready to launch

AdPilot reads your real products and writes the whole campaign for you: strategy, targeting, ad sets, budget split and ad copy. Project the numbers before you spend, then feed your Meta results back in to get a concrete optimisation plan.

  • Read-only access to your catalogue
  • Free plan, no credit card
  • Works in English and Italian

Three tools, one workflow

Plan the campaign, sanity-check the numbers, then improve it with the data Meta gives you back. AdPilot covers the loop end to end.

How AdPilot works

From installing the app to your first optimisation round is a handful of steps. No ad account connection and no code.

  1. Install and sync your catalogue

AdPilot asks for one permission: read access to your products. It never writes anything back to your store.

  2. Pick a product, a market and a budget

Choose which product to advertise, the country you want to sell into, your daily budget, the campaign length and your objective.

  3. Get the full campaign package

Claude returns a strategy with target KPIs, interest and lookalike targeting, ad sets with budget split, at least five primary texts, five headlines, three descriptions and creative briefs.

  4. Simulate before you spend

The simulator projects impressions, reach, CTR, conversions and expected ROAS so you can compare ideas without paying for the lesson.

  5. Launch in Meta Ads Manager

Copy the plan into Meta Ads Manager, or export it as CSV. You stay in full control of what actually goes live.

  6. Export your results and optimise

After a few days, export the report from Meta Ads Manager and upload the CSV. AdPilot analyses each ad set and interest and gives you a three-day action plan.

Why merchants use AdPilot

It starts from your actual products

Not a blank prompt box. AdPilot reads the title, description, price, compare-at price, images, tags and vendor of the product you pick, so the campaign is grounded in what you really sell.

It refuses to invent numbers

Budgets have to add up: total budget equals daily budget times duration, and the ad set splits sum to the total. Targeting suggestions use interests that actually exist in Meta, not plausible-sounding inventions.

It knows Meta's advertising rules

No targeting on protected attributes. Age and gender only when they are objectively relevant. Mandatory warnings for special ad categories like health, finance, alcohol and credit, so you find out before your ads get rejected.

It never touches your store

AdPilot requests the read_products scope and nothing else. It cannot create, edit or delete anything in your Shopify admin, and it does not connect to your Meta ad account.

Common questions

Does AdPilot publish ads to my Facebook account automatically?

No. AdPilot does not connect to your Meta ad account and cannot spend your money. It produces a complete campaign plan that you review and launch yourself in Meta Ads Manager. That is a deliberate design choice: you stay in control of everything that goes live.

What access does AdPilot need to my Shopify store?

One permission only: read_products. AdPilot reads your catalogue and never writes to your store. It cannot create, modify or delete products, orders, customers or anything else in your admin.

Which AI does AdPilot use?

Claude, by Anthropic. Your product data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the campaign and is not used to train models. Product titles and descriptions are wrapped in delimited blocks and sanitised before being sent, so that text in your catalogue cannot alter the instructions the model receives.

Do I need an existing Meta ad account?

To launch campaigns and to use the optimizer, yes — you need a Meta ad account and a report to export from it. The campaign generator and the simulator work without one, so you can use AdPilot to plan before your ad account is set up.

How does the optimizer get my performance data?

You export the report from Meta Ads Manager as a CSV and upload it to AdPilot. There is no API connection to your ad account. It means one manual step, and it also means AdPilot never has standing access to your advertising data.
